Vista Land: 10 Years as Public Company
Vista Land and Lifescapes (VLL), one of the top integrated property developers and largest homebuilder in the country, celebrated its 10th year as a publicly listed company in the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) last June 25, 2017.

In his welcome remarks during the anniversary ceremony, PSE Chairman Jose T. Pardo stated that Vista Land has strengthened its foothold in the real estate industry by effectively expanding its services and high-quality deliverables to cater to different market segments. VLL continues to display a strong, forward, and upward growth trajectory and is expecting better business and market performance in the years to come.
As expected from one of the leading property developers in the Philippines, Vista Land Company improves its business outlook as it effectively anchors on its affiliate brands in the Villar Group. Its retail arm, the All Value Holdings Corp., aggressively expands its branches nationwide with shopping mall developments, food and dining restaurants, services, and many more. All Value and VLL have strengthened each other’s branding and value proposition to complete high-end masterplanned communicity concepts.

Vista Land’s residential communities nationwide are complemented by retail stores. VLL Chairman Manny Villar says that he will build retail stores to surround the masterplanned communities he builds.
