This expressway is linked to the arterial roads of Laguna especially the Manila South Road or National Highway. First Toll Road runs below Skyway and starts at Magallanes, ending in Alabang Exit in Muntinlupa. It has a length of 13.43 kilometers and is used to shorten the route from Metro Manila to Alabang.
The expanse of the second toll road starts at Filinvest Exit toll plaza to Calamba, Laguna. Residents living in the high end residential property in Brittany Sta. Rosa often takes this route through the Manila Cavite expressway using CALAX Biñan Exit, Sta. Rosa Exit, or Greenfield City Exit.

Manila East Road
Manila East Road is another national road that connects Laguna to Rizal. It starts at Pagsanjan and goes through various municipalities in Laguna such as Lumban, Kalayaan, Paete, Pakil, Pangil, Siniloan, Famy, and Mabitac until it reaches Pililla in Rizal.
Part of Manila East Road also forms the Calamba-Santa Cruz-Famy Junction Road which further leads to other local roads inside Laguna. The expanse of this road circles the Laguna de Bay.
Pan-Philippine Highway
Also known as Maharlika Highway, Pan-Philippine Highway is a national road and is comprised of various networks of roads connecting the island of Luzon, parts of Visayas, and Mindanao. Included in these are major road networks connected to Laguna such as SLEX. It also runs through the other municipalities in the province.
Santa Rosa – Tagaytay Road
