Hidden Gems of Tagaytay
Tagaytay is a famous tourist destination, which means that there is almost nothing new to discover and experience especially in terms of food dining. Luckily, there are still locations that are remote and known only to a few that have dared to explore Tagaytay and we call them hidden gems.
DISCLAIMER: Please be reminded that the following establishments observe and exercise current pandemic protocols. Guests are recommended to review and follow these guidelines as well.
NAPA is the best way to start or end the day.
NAPA at Crosswinds
NAPA is a recently established restaurant located in Crosswinds Tagaytay. The organic architecture sits well within the surrounding pine trees. It makes guests feel as if they are in a country home with the perfect meals to consume in the cold climate of Tagaytay. Try out the Long Drive Breakfast made with waffles and bacon after the long trip from the metro, and re-invigorate your nerves with the Sunrise drink made with coffee and orange juice because there are more establishments within Crosswinds that guests would not want to miss during their visit at one of the gems of Tagaytay. Al fresco dining is the way to go on this occasion.

Cafe Voi La is alive and vibrant.
Cafe Voi La
Second in line but not in rating, Cafe Voi La carries its own weight in terms of service and products. Still located within Crosswinds Tagaytay, the establishment offers a multitude of cuisines from original Filipino recipes to other neighboring Asian dishes. They also offer a lot of vegetarian options for those living a healthy lifestyle.
The owner of Cafe Voi La loves to travel the world. With each trip something new is added to the restaurant’s collection of decor and also to their recipe. Sadly due to the pandemic, these travels have been on hold until it is safer for everyone.

The Ruined Project is bewildered by itself.
Ruined Project?
It must be curious why the establishment has a question mark in its name. The reason is that it questions its namesake. Originally supposed to be another branch of the Coffee Project at Crosswinds Tagaytay, construction operations have been ordered to halt due to COVID restrictions and left the building bare and rustic. After certain restrictions were lifted, the management decided to go with the raw architecture with some minor improvements. They have their own menu unique from every other Coffee Project branch. Was it really a Ruined Project? Visitors should try out for themselves if the establishment is one of the gems of Tagaytay.
